Shaun Reynolds, Head of Transactional Liability at Longbrook, said:

“My priority at Longbrook will be to build a Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) and Tax offering that clients and brokers can rely on – one grounded in consistent, client-driven underwriting, backed by strong capital partnerships and delivered through genuine collaboration. Alongside secure, highly rated capacity, we will bring the specialist expertise that complex transactions demand.”

Building a platform of this kind demands real collaboration, commitment and expertise — and in Shaun, we have someone who brings all of that in abundance.”

Headquartered in London, Longbrook is a specialist underwriting business designed to forge lasting partnerships with clients, carriers and broker partners. The new offering will provide bespoke solutions to support mergers and acquisitions globally including W&I Insurance (Representations and Warranties Insurance) and Tax Liability Insurance.
